Email communication

When you communicate with us by email, we process only the data you provide us (e.g. name, phone number, email-address, etc.).
We are obliged to keep this data for at least 6 years in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB). These information are stored in accordance with the GDPR and are secured by technical and organizational measures.

These data will not be combined with data from other sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.
